Drawing Time: Girls Only

Drawing Time is about providing a comfortable space for children aged 5 - 12 years to draw freely without distractions, interruptions, interference, or criticism. The Girls Only Drawing Time Club is held at the Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre every Thursday afternoon of the school term, from 4pm to 5:30 pm. Everything is provided,  including reference books, a variety of drawing equipment and paper, snacks and cordial. Mars Drum, practising artist and teacher, is available during the sessions to collaborate with individuals, give guidance when requested, and tell stories for inspiration if requested by the group.
